John Young proposes to pay for Jefferson inspector general with street light money

If only each department would police themselves and not waste money just think of the savings then, you wouldn’t need the 1.3 mil to run IG’s office. Then the savings would be even greater, why isn’t Young overseeing all of what comes in and goes out why does he need a watch dog to do what he should be doing. Shouldn’t the buck stop and start with him ?
