Revelers all over the world are celebrating Fat Tuesday, better known by its French name: Mardi Gras.
Fat Tuesday marks the end of Carnival, and it’s the last day to eat what you like, wear costumes and rejoice before the serious business of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday.
Here are a few ways to celebrate Fat Tuesday in New York City.
Get your marching orders at SOB’s — The Sugartone Brass Band will play a special Fat Tuesday show. Tickets are $ 10 in advance, $ 15 on the day of the show.
